In March, 2001, Draper Aden contacted ATS (Advanced Technology Services, International) to do the resistivity analysis of the portions of the Coal Mining Heritage Park. Bill Newcomb, a geologist with Draper Aden, functioned as the project coordinator for both the resistivity study and the later water quality study.
