of Planning & Inspections

Editor's Note: Please be patient while the information loads. The Inspections Data Sheets are provided as a general information service to the public. While we would like to believe we are reasonably thorough in our information, these documents should not replace talking directly to one of the county's inspectors; nor do they represent a legally binding document or a statute. Building information is based on the Virginia State Code and Federal Code requirements. If you have any questions concerning the material or concerning issues or aspects not covered in the material, please contact one of the Montgomery County Building Officials at 540-382-5750.
