MOUNTAIN ASSOCIATION FOR COMMUNITY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT (MACED)
The site, based in Kentucky, provides resources and tools for economic development in Central Appalachia, including an extensive list of web-based resources on community economic development and sustainability.
NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR COUNTY COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
NACCED provides technical aid to county economic development organizations and departments. While some material is available to the general public, most of the materials require membership in the organization.
LABORATORY FOR COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
The site, maintained by the University of Illinois, provides access to materials on tourism, economic data, communities and telecommunication, and various resources (presentations, articles, factsheets, and links).
